What you will do

As a Technical Support Specialist, you are at the center of Wundermart's continued success, assisting our customers and colleagues with their everyday requests. While we strive to provide seamless, autonomous shop technology, issues can still sometimes arise, and that's where your expertise comes in! 

Powered by Hubspot, you'll be tackling incoming tickets from the different hotels and partners we work with, delivering spot-on, complete information. With empathy as your superpower, you'll be the friendly Wunder our customers turn to when things get rocky, turning frustrations into smiles with your understanding, expertise, and support.

Also, you'll spearhead installations, maintenance, and support activities for our POS systems across various regions.

From ensuring seamless POS operations to providing remote troubleshooting assistance, your role will directly contribute to enhancing customer experience and operational efficiency.

Your key responsibilities.

·      Remote support for troubleshooting and maintenance of ERP and POS systems, with on-site visits when necessary.

·      Tracking incoming tickets from the different hotels and partners we work with and making sure they are handled properly.

·      Follow-up requests from customers and update and involve your colleagues at the right time.

·      Remote support during shop installations

·      POS hardware preparations + configurations

Job requirements

What you can bring.

  • You live in (or at a reasonable commutable distance from) Amsterdam

  • You have 2+ years of relevant experience in a customer-facing role

  • Great communication skills and fluent in Dutch and English

  • Solid experience in handling large volumes of calls and messages from customers using a customer support ticketing system.

  • A strong affinity with internet technologies and a solid understanding of ERP technology.

  • An innovative mind, with strong problem-solving skills and able to adapt to new procedures while dealing with many support requests.

  • You love to aid and feel a sense of achievement when helping customers to solve a problem at hand.

  • Proven experience carrying out Technical Support responsibilities, ideally in the retail industry

  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks

  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills

  • In possession of a driver’s license B

  • Flexibility to travel if required
