Are you a hands-on Project Manager looking to make an impact in a fast-growing, data-driven company? Wundermart is a Dutch scale-up based in Amsterdam that is rapidly reshaping the international hospitality F&B. As a Project Manager, you’ll play a key role in delivering projects that drive our growth, professionalization, and customer-focused orientation. You’ll be at the heart of our Strategic Projects team, working across teams to deliver high-impact results and build the systems that support our next phase of growth.

What you will do

As Project Manager at Wundermart, you’ll lead a wide range of strategic projects, from rolling out new concepts like our breakfast or beer tap solutions, to improving internal systems. You’ll take ownership from idea to implementation, translating business goals into clear plans and making sure they are delivered successfully.

You will:

• Manage cross-functional projects independently from start to finish

• Translate objectives into project scope, deliverables, timelines, and budgets

• Set up structures and systems to ensure smooth execution

• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners

• Monitor progress, manage risks, and keep stakeholders informed

• Continuously improve how we run projects within Wundermart

You’ll not only solve practical, often less-defined challenges, but also oversee how decisions affect other teams. Your ability to analyze, structure, and bring clarity is key to your success.

Job requirements

What you bring

We’re looking for someone who combines tactical project execution skills with a hands-on, entrepreneurial mindset.

You have:

• 3–7 years of experience in project management, ideally in retail, hospitality, or supply chain

• A strong sense of ownership and the ability to manage projects independently

• Experience working with multiple stakeholders

• A structured and analytical way of working, with attention to timelines, budgets, and risks

• The ability to make decisions within scope, and anticipate what’s around the corner

• Excellent planning and communication skills
