What you’ll do
You’ll take ownership of the link between operations, vendor management, and process excellence, ensuring our network of shops and hubs across NL, BE, and FR operates at peak performance.
Through close collaboration with 3rd parties, you’ll drive operational quality, streamline systems, and lay the foundation for scalable, long-term growth.
Your key responsibilities
Ensure smooth daily operations and consistent product availability and quality across hubs and shops.
Lead vendor and quality management of 3rd parties, driving performance tracking, feedback, and improvement initiatives.
Coordinate article and assortment changes with external partners.
Plan and schedule shop openings and operational transitions with 3rd parties.
Manage 3rd party stock and logistics, balancing cost, qualityand efficiency.
Drive continuous improvement by optimising, setting up, and implementing better processes, systems, and vendor frameworks.
