YOUR ROLE AT WUNDERMART


Wundermart is looking for a Technical Support Engineer. Because of our rapid growth we are in need of a Support hero who will be the Support face of our company. This person will work closely with our technical engineers, business/store teams and our internal product team. The ideal candidate is extremely merchant-focused, innovative and a great sense of achievement from solving a problem, and for helping someone out.


WHAT YOU WILL DO AS A TECHNICAL SUPPORT ENGINEER


· You are responsible for the merchants end-to-end lifecycle (onboarding and operational excellence).

· You will reviewing logs, provide support (technical) and troubleshooting to merchants and partners.

· Be a key source of knowledge on the Wundermart platform, industry-standard integration methods and best practices

· Internally, you will support the product team with technical changes, help them to make the product functionalities more efficient, or writing a small story to automate a manual process.



Job requirements

OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE


· You have 3+ years’ experience in technical implementations and problem analysis

· You have a solid experience in troubleshooting and solutions of software problems.

· You have strength affinity with internet technologies and knowledge of merchant relations technical processes (such as Zendesk, Jira support desk & HTML /Javascript)

· You will be innovative, have strong problem-solving capabilities and are able to adapt to new procedures , while dealing with a lot of technical support requests and challenges.

· You love to provide assistance, and be regarded as the technical support expert

· You have great communication skills and you are fluent in Dutch and preferably in English and German

· You have Retail experience (Preferably)
