Wundermart is looking for a Technical Support Engineer. Because of our rapid international growth, we are in need of a Support Hero. This person will work closely with our internal Product Team, the rest of the Customer Support team and internal and external customers.
The ideal candidate is extremely customer-oriented, innovative and gains a great sense of achievement from knowing our applications in and out, solving problems, and helping bridge the gap between our developers, Operations and our customers.
You will be responding to various technical issues and questions, internally and externally. You will be responsible for providing accurate, valid and complete information by using the right tools and methods. You will have to be able to handle customer complaints in a patient and empathic manner while offering appropriate solutions. You will keep records of interactions and follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies. Finally, you will be willing to go the extra mile and dig into a matter to find that small clue that makes all the difference.
Main responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Research, troubleshoot and identify solutions to resolve technical issues
Respond to support tickets
Follow procedures for proper escalation of unresolved issues to our product team
Create stories and bug reports in a clear and concise manner
Testing of new features and providing accurate feedback
Create and maintain application documentation and troubleshooting guides
Work very closely with our product team
2+ years of relevant experience
Strong affinity with internet technologies and a solid understanding of enterprise resource planning technology
Basic understanding of Linux command line
Experience with Jira, Confluence, and ticketing systems (such as HubSpot)
Solid experience in troubleshooting and finding solutions for software problems
Loves to provide assistance and act as the technical support expert
Excellent communication skills and is fluent in English
