Wundermart is at the foot of an exponential growth phase. Given the current labour market, we are therefore urgently looking for an experienced Corporate Recruiter who will help our organisation grow. We will have a wide variety of roles that need to be sourced. (Finance, Operations, Sales, Supply chain etc.)


What you will be doing?

Currently we are using Recruitee as ATS which gives you a good overview of open vacancies and Hiring Managers can simply look into the funnel with you and leave their feedback. Our Hiring Managers are very good at switching gears and easily cooperate to ensure that the process runs as smoothly as possible.

You will have full responsibility for our recruitment within Wundermart and will occasionally be required to recruit for positions abroad. 

In addition to managing the recruitment process, our next best Corporate Recruiter will also be responsible for its development. This includes streamlining the process, a good candidate experience and employer branding. The latter will be done in consultation with our marketing team.

We highly value our great corporate culture, so in this role it is also important that you are able to properly assess whether a potential candidate will fit into our environment.

Job requirements

Our ideal candidate 

  • You have at least 3 years of relevant work experience (agency or corporate);
  • Experience in Tech Recruitment is a big plus;
  • Experience with ATS Recruitee is a plus, but not essential;
  • You are flexible, organised, have good communication skills and are decisive;
  • You have a good view on the current labour market and can transfer this knowledge to Hiring Managers;
  • You are available for at least 32 hours a week;
  • You speak both Dutch and English;
  • You live in the Amsterdam area and are willing to be in the office at least once a week.
