We are looking for a New Business superstar! Does opening new clients energize you and are you a self-starter? Then we have the job for you!

What you will do

As Regional Sales Manager you will oversee the commercial success of Wundermart in Paris. Wundermart has a very strong presence in these markets and is well established so your role will consist mostly in dealing with our existing customers (80%) and signing on new customers (20%).

With existing customers, you want to know how they experience our solution and communicate how they can get the most out of it. You will be responsible for growing the turnover by implementing various innovations in assortment, pricing, and technology together with our other teams at Wundermart. The goal of this all is of course to have happy customers with whom you will set up a role out plan for new locations.

For new customers you will regularly be in the field visiting the hotels in our pipeline to make sure they don’t miss out on the opportunity to have a Wundermart at their location! You will integrate with the other commercial teams to make sure commercial strategies are aligned and opportunities coming from major key accounts are executed locally.

You share information and gather feedback and from this you determine how we structurally can improve our products. You will share this with different teams within Wundermart and make sure that they will put these improvements on their roadmap.

You develop and maintain the Wundermart presence in the regional hotel industry and grow the business and satisfaction with all General Managers!

Your key responsibilities and KPI’s

  • Engage with prospects on a daily basis: you are the tip of the commercial spear!

  • Bring leads through the first stages of our funnel, from first contact to the signed agreement

  • Feedback daily on success metrics: we love data!

  • Bring in 4 signed deals per month from pre-selected leads in your area

  • Learn the ins and outs of the hotel business in your area: the more we know, the better we become

Job requirements

Your credentials

• Has a minimum of 2 years experience in New Business Sales
• Is adaptive to change, curious, resilient, and a superstar in execution.
• A network in the hospitality is a big nice-to-have
• Minimum Bachelor's degree preferably in marketing or hospitality.
