HR Manager

We are looking for an experienced HR Manager who can manage and run the HR function of our organization, including recruitment.

What will you be doing?

People are key to our success, so hiring the right cultural fit and talent is very important. Tasks you will start with are:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
  • Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues
  • Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization
  • HR admin related stuff (from hiring to firing and anything in between)
  • Manage the recruitment and selection process for the entire Wundermart organization
  • Conduct screening and job interviews
  • Maintain pay plan (payroll) and benefits program
  • Oversee and manage performance management and personal development employees (including training programs)
  • Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital
  • Manage office and company related activities that support our Amsterdam based employees in their day-to-day work (F&B, office supplies, Wunder activities (e.g. padeltournament))
  • Create an employer branding calendar to support and promote our culture and EVP
